1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Godrim, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. What Godrim is

Godrim is a personal financial-planning tool: it helps you organize your planned transactions (income, expenses, savings, loans, credit) and build a plan toward your goals ("dreams"), including AI-generated suggestions.

Godrim is not professional financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.The plans and suggestions the app generates, including AI-assisted ones, are informational and based on the data you provide. The financial decisions you make are your responsibility — consult a licensed professional if you need professional advice.

3. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Godrim. You're responsible for keeping your password or access method (including any PIN or biometric unlock you set up) secure, and for the information you enter into your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed and auto-renewed through the relevant app store (App Store or Google Play) — manage or cancel them from your account settings on that store. Godrim doesn't process or store your payment information directly.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use Godrim for illegal or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to access another person's account without authorization.
• Interfere with the app's operation or attempt to breach its security.
• Enter another person's financial information without their consent.

6. Your information

Your transactions, dreams, and plans are yours. You give us permission to process them solely to run the service, per ourprivacy policy. You can request deletion of your account and your data at any time.

7. Service availability

We work to keep Godrim available continuously, but we don't guarantee the service will be free of interruptions or errors. We may update, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

8. Limitation of liability

Godrim is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Kevin López isn't liable for financial decisions you make based on information or plans the app generates, nor for indirect damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the app or by writing to us. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

If we make a material update to these terms, we'll notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States, and the parties submit to the competent courts within Mexican territory.

Godrim is developed by Kevin López. On Google Play, the app is published under the developer name RG Studio MX.
