Account and data deletion

1. About this page
This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and all your personal data in Godrim, developed by RG Studio MX.
2. How to delete your account from the app
You can delete your account directly from the app at any time:
- Open Godrim on your device.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the action when prompted.
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once confirmed, your information cannot be recovered.
3. Request deletion by email
If you don't have access to the app, you can write to us at info@godrim.com with the subject "Account deletion". Include the email address associated with your account so we can identify it. We'll process your request within 30 days.
4. What data is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes all your personal data, including:
- Planned transactions (income, expenses, savings, loans, credit)
- Recorded transactions
- Custom categories
- Dreams and financial plans
- Profile photo
- Account settings
5. Immediate and permanent deletion
Deletion is final and irreversible. Once confirmed, all your personal data is permanently removed from our systems with no possibility of recovery.
